RESTORING MENTAL HEALTH
Restore supports people - through recovery groups, coaching and learning -Â to take control of their own recovery, develop skills, and progress towards their own goals to live more fulfilling lives. Restore also works within the community to increase knowledge, awareness and reduce stigma associated with mental ill health.
"To a very large extent, Restore has given me purpose, helping me to see there is a reason for going on, for continuing the struggle. Forcing me to face and overcome fears... it is a safe space where I am valued and wanted."
