Libby Peppiatt - Chief Executive Officer
Libby is a passionate mental health advocate with 20+ years experience in service design and delivery, strategy and campaigns, and an academic background in human rights. Libby came to Restore after eight years at Mind where she led national programmes including Mind’s whole school approach to mental health, and Mentally Healthy Universities.

Charlotte Watmough - Director of Service Delivery & Development (Deputy CEO)
Charlotte joined Restore in 2018 following a 20 year career in care and support. Starting in learning disabilities and then working in homelessness, she has also spent time working for Portsmouth Mind. Charlotte oversees the effective delivery of recovery and coaching services, including quality and innovation.

Stephanie Hess - Head of Oxfordshire Recovery College
Stephanie leads the smooth day-to day running of the College, supervising the team, ensuring student well-being, strategic planning and policies to take the College forward. She is always interested to discuss the College and meet those keen in being a student or tutor.
MJ Income and Engagement
Matt Jerwood - Head of Fundraising and Communications
Matt leads income and engagement and has 20 years’ experience of strategy, digital, partnerships and marketing. He spent seven years with Oxfam, was a trustee for Oxford Samaritans, and two years with Tommy's. Matt’s earlier career was in the commercial world in dot-coms, travel and media.
Sean Garden, Head of finance and administration
Sean Garden - Head of Finance and Administration
Sean has a senior leadership background in finance, with significant experience of IT, administration, HR and facilities, across the public and private sectors. Sean is also a school governor and parish councillor in his local community.

Sam Mostyn - Chair of Trustees & Company Secretary
Sam has run her business consultancy since 2011, following a career with Vodafone and large brands, and specialises in change management, communication, employee engagement and facilitation for international corporates. She became a Restore Trustee in January 2015 and Chair in 2021.

Lee Gray - Vice Chair of Trustees
Lee has over 20 years experience leading charities. She ran an award-winning non-profit in the USA, supported several African charities, consulted across the UK, and is CEO of local dementia charity, Daybreak. Her experience blends marketing, development, finance, and programme management.

Stuart Haigh - Treasurer
Stuart is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and former partner of Whitley Stimpson. With his knowledge of the local business community, he offers accounting and financial support.

Jon Turpin - Trustee
Jon is a business consultant at White Space Strategy in Oxford, with experience of across a range of industries and international charities. He joined through the Young Trustee Programme with skills including analysis, technology, and strategy.

David Wells - Trustee
David’s career in HR spans over 25 years in multi-national public-listed, private, private-equity-backed companies and public organisations, latterly as Director, People and Organisational Development at Imperial College NHS Trust. Since 2018 he has been an independent HR consultant.

An experienced leader in change and transformation, with skills in leadership, communication, relationship management and strategic planning.
Neil Warriner trustee
Neil Warriner - Trustee
Neil brings to Restore considerable experience as a Tax Partner, with particular experience in real estate and energy sectors, where he advised clients on direct and indirect tax. He joined Restore as a Trustee in 2023.

Peter Agulnik - President and Co-Founder
Peter is a retired NHS Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist who has lived and worked in Oxfordshire for 50 years. As a consultant with special interest in Rehabilitation and Counselling, he became involved in many innovative community projects, including founding Restore.

Monty Panesar - Patron
Monty Panesar is a former England cricketer renowned for exceptional spin bowling. Panesar rose to prominence through his performances for Northants before making his England debut in 2006 and winning The Ashes in 2009. Monty is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness.
