This session supports MHFAiders® by offering a useful space to discuss the role, address challenges, and be proactive in creating a mentally healthy workplace
Developed by our Lead Tutor, this 1hr session has been designed to support MHFAiders® on your team. Mental Health First Aid does not stop with the end of the course: it is a journey over our whole lives. MHFAiders® will benefit from a safe environment in which to anonymously share experiences, reflect on support given, and discuss both the positive and more challenging aspects of the role. With time for questions and a practical skills recap that bridges the gap between the MHFA course and the Refresher, the MHFA Chaired Review is an invaluable session to work collectively towards our shared mission: to create an unshakable belief that we can all talk freely about mental health and seek support when we need it.

We recommend scheduling an MHFA Chaired Review approximately 3, 6, 12, or 18 months after your staff complete their training.
