Oxford’s innovative business supporting staff well-being
A leading scientific research and technology business partnered with Restore, having recognised the importance of workplace mental health, today we explore the impact.
Across all businesses in the UK, poor mental health accounts for over 50% of work-related illnesses. 69% of UK line managers recognise employee well-being as a core skill, but only 13% have received mental health training. There's often a critical gap in workplace support and yet every employee deserves a workplace that is open, safe, and supportive.
"By teaming up with Restore, Oxford Nanopore has provided employees with a wide range of services designed to support mental wellness and empower individuals on their journey to better mental health."
