During the Conscious Doodling sessions you are given opportunities to follow short guided exercises using simple shapes and patterns, often inspired by the natural world, which may help you connect to the body and breath. The sessions are a safe space to experiment with doodling where there is no right or wrong, just a focus on experiencing the process.
