An intro to Oxfordshire Recovery College (2019)
23/05/2025This is what community support looks like
Community sustains Restore, whose vital services help hundreds of local people.
With 1 in 4 people experiencing mental-ill health, Restore’s work is a lifeline to so many: supporting people through the provision of therapeutic activities, employment coaching, and free well-being courses..
With funding always a challenge, Restore’s services are sustained by local support: from incredible individuals, to corporate and community partnerships, to those who give their time. It all makes a difference.
What are some types of community involvement?

Partner for better mental health: build engagement, reputation & well-being.

Take part in challenges, events, and initiatives like the Oxford Half marathon.

Give time: volunteers are vital to the success and smooth running of events.

Visit with friends and colleagues in ethical, community cafes and shops.
Thanks for being part of a growing Restore community. Your support makes a difference.
