Announcing New Festive Foundations Programme

Restore is excited to announce the launch of a new group called Festive Foundations. An eight week programme, from late October to mid December, designed to strengthen resilience. 

The programme invites people to a supportive environment, where they can develop skills that enhance emotional well-being, foster social connections, and… collaboratively plan a festive event! 

Activities are led by the group, facilitated by staff, to ensure accessibility and collective decision-making. Activities will include group discussions, skill-building exercises, and event planning. 

Festive Foundations will:

 🎄Develop skills that enhance emotional wellbeing

 ☃️Connect people with others through shared experiences

 🎁Co-create a joyful community Christmas event

To accommodate this activity the Garden cafe will be closed on Thursdays from 1:30-3:30pm until the 11th of December.

But, don’t worry! Delicious homemade treats & drinks are available from the cafe Tues, Weds, Friday: 10-3pm, Thurs: 10-1:30pm.
