In ten years the Oxfordshire Recovery College has gone from strength to strength. It offers free courses on over 60 topics in mental health, all co produced and informed by lived experience. Last year it delivered over 300 courses across Oxfordshire with over 3000 student attendances. We know from feedback that many people's lives have changed for the better after attending courses and finding renewed hope and confidence to go forward.
