A leading scientific research and technology business partnered with Restore, having recognised the importance of workplace mental health, today we explore the impact.
Across all businesses in the UK, poor mental health accounts for over 50% of work-related illnesses. 69% of UK line managers recognise employee well-being as a core skill, but only 13% have received mental health training. There's often a critical gap in workplace support and yet every employee deserves a workplace that is open, safe, and supportive.

Oxford Nanopore is headquartered in Oxford, with over 1,000 staff worldwide, including offices from New York to Beijing. They have been working closely with Restore, training managers and other staff in Mental Health First Aid, building an environment with individuals who can offer support if called upon.
