As the New Year begins, honours will be awarded in recognition of the services given by incredible individuals across the UK.
Incredible individuals also surround Restore and deserve celebration too! Their efforts have made it possible to support almost 500 members last year, with over 6,000 sessions provided, coaching for 400 people, and over 2,000 recovery course attendances.
Our full annual review can be found here. Thank you to all who have given their service, or time, or money, or helped to raise awareness of Restore. It is not possible to name everyone, but together we can strive for better mental health.
- 58 Volunteers who gave an incredible 7,400 hours.
- Oxford Bus Company for launching the Restore branded double-decker bus.
- The OX4 community for their attendance in the comeback year of the Elder Stubbs Fayre.
- Francis Hamel for great generosity following the Rousham Studio Exhibition.
- Oxford Food Hub for supplying surplus food to Restore’s Garden Café.
- Tracey Kovacs for raising impressive funds in the Tunnel of Terror fundraiser.
- National Lottery Grant for funding Restore’s first online recovery group, named Compass.
- StreetDrone for their team participation in fundraising events and mental health training.
- Newbury Building Society for their generous donation to Restore Didcot’s recovery group.
- Replenish Oxfordshire for composters to recycle food waste at Littlemore and Elder Stubbs Recovery Groups.
- Bunkers Hill Plant Nursery and their customers for raising thousands in events.
- Sanctuary Housing and CDC for funding the Cooking on a Budget Course at Restore Banbury.
- Blenheim Palace for choosing Restore as their Charity of the Year and fundraising throughout.
- Didcot Town FC and Oxenford CC for raising awareness of mental health locally with training kit and banners.
- Rachel Carlisle and friends for organising the Grand Plant Sale for the Oxford Community.
- Banbury Litho for their incredible team effort at the Oxford Half Marathon and superb printing.
- The Arts Society Oxford for funding Restore’s Power of Paint project with creative exhibition.
- Tamarindo for their donations and corporate volunteering to support better mental health.
- Trusts for providing vital funds to continue Restore’s impact. (Clover Trust, Royal Warrant Holders Association, Oxford City Council, Ian Mactaggart Trust, and Oxford Brookes).
