Izzy, who attends coaching at Restore, shares her journey of overcoming challenges and holding onto a job she thought she would have to leave due to mental ill health...
“I initially thought coaching is only for people who are out of work. I attended the ‘Wellbeing at Work’ course at Oxfordshire Recovery College and realised I could access coaching through Restore whilst working.”
