SUMMARY:Managing Self Doubt (Part 2)
DESCRIPTION:(3 Parts Online) This course is for anyone keen to learn more about self-doubt and how to live with it better. Self doubt feeds anxiety and can have a huge impact on our mental health and wellbeing. Together we explore the impacts it can have and what we can do to manage it. SUMMARY:Coping with Self Harm
DESCRIPTION:This course aims to provide a safe space in which students can think about and discuss the different reasons that a person might engage in self harming behaviour – focussing on why\, not how. We look at the prevalence of self harm in the UK and think about what might drive so many people to engage in self harming behaviours. Having identified some of the reasons that people engage in self harming behaviours we think together in detail about possible alternatives.

SUMMARY:Telling your Story (Part 2)
DESCRIPTION:This 4-part course will support students to make their own short video story about one aspect of their recovery journey. This course will involve working on how to structure a story and use technology to create a short video. \n\n\n\nPlease note: this course will involve sharing aspects of our personal stories within a group and requires students to have a smartphone/tablet/laptop which they can use for making their video story
